Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You acknowledge that ContentOps cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Permissions: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and enhance any content input or feedback you provide for the purpose of improving our services.
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the ContentOps platform and its underlying technologies are and will remain the exclusive property of ContentOps and its licensors. This does not extend to any content created or generated by you using our services, as you fully own that content.
Usage Restrictions: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any aspect of the ContentOps platform or its technology without our explicit written consent. This restriction does not apply to the content you generate, which you own entirely.
Unlimited Domains: The unlimited domains feature is subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If we determine that your use of this feature involves spamming or violates ethical practices, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately and revoke all associated usage without prior notice.
Input and Output Ownership: When you submit text for processing (“Input”) and our service generates a response (“Output”), collectively referred to as “Content,” you retain complete ownership of both your Input and Output. ContentOps acknowledges that all rights, titles, and interests in the content generated through our service belong entirely to you.
Accuracy: Due to the nature of AI and machine learning, Output may not always be accurate. You acknowledge the responsibility to verify Output before reliance.
License to Improve Services: While you own the content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized versions of your Input and Output solely for the purpose of improving and enhancing our services.
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your information.
Account Access: Registration requires valid email address input and must be completed by individuals. Automated account creation methods, such as bots, are prohibited.
Subscriptions: ContentOps operates on a subscription basis, renewed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you acknowledge recurring charges unless you cancel prior to renewal.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for unused time on the subscription.
